"Symphony of Music"

"Symphony of Music"

100cm x 110cm
Acrylic on canvas
Listen to the sound of the symphony
Listen to the harp strumming melodiously
Listen to the sweetest key swinging its notes gracefully
Listen as the flute flutters its wings magnificently
Listen to the heart that searches for meaning
Listen to your heart humming its notes harmoniously
Looking for a place where heaven and earth can meet
Songs of vibrancy are waiting for release.

May rhythms and melodies sway in life concerto symphony
May the sweetest sound emancipate with ease.

Written by W.H.Yong

Waves of changes and grace flows
Music from heart echoes peace & grace from Heaven's throne,
It washes every life's ups & downs that often can't be fully understood.

“Come, Rest Awhile”

“Come, Rest Awhile”
100cm x 110cm
Acrylic on canvas
Come, rest awhile, and let us idly stray
In glimmering valleys, cool and far away.

Come from the greedy mart, the troubled street,
And listen to the music, faint and sweet,

That echoes ever to a listening ear,
Unheard by those who will not pause to hear

The wayward chimes of memory's pensive bells,
Wind-blown o'er misty hills and curtained dells.

One step aside and dewy buds unclose
The sweetness of the violet and the rose;

Song and romance still linger in the green,
Emblossomed ways by you so seldom seen,

And near at hand, would you but see them, lie
All lovely things beloved in days gone by.

You have forgotten what it is to smile
In your too busy lifecome, rest awhile.

Lucy Maud Montgomery

“He paints my days”

“He paints my days”
2007
Acrylic on canvas
40cm x 60cm

Awaken by your truth
Taken by embrace
Loved by you
My faith renewed.

My wings strengthen
Your loving kindness bestow
My burden lighten
Just a glimpse of your Majestic power, behold!
Everything you do, I am in awe.

Just a touch of the colour of your grace
You put smile on my face.
You paint my days
Your gracious works I am forever grateful and amazed.

I am His love, His eternal Artistry of grace.

“Harvest”

Acrylic on canvas
40cm x 40cm
The grains are gazing to the sun,
All hard work of sowing and growing have been completely done.
The heavenly gates are wide opened, where have the labourers gone?

“The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. "
Luke 10:2

“His Flowers”

The flowers bloom to bliss.
Our Father looks at us favourably at ease.
His glory and riches will supply all our needs.
We are have richest when we are on our knees.

" For his anger lasts only a moment,
   but his favor lasts a lifetime;
weeping may stay for the night,
but rejoicing comes in the morning."
Psalm 30:5

“Welcome Butterfly”

“Welcome Butterfly”
2007,
40cm x 60cm
Acrylic on canvas
Welcome butterfly,
From a caterpillar you have now silken wings to fly.
Transformation has arrived, it’s time.
Your serene beauty breeds celestial thoughts to my mind.
Welcome butterfly. Welcome to my mind.
I can see now it’s the time to fly.

“She dances everywhere”

“She dances everywhere”
2008
90cm x 110cm
Acrylic on canvas
She dance everywhere, freedom emanates in the air.
See how the lightest waves at play, the airy dancer displayed.
Light floor, the wings uplift those harmonious feet.
Soul at ease, she dances in celebrating feasts.
Peace emits, she finally finds freedom indeed.
